He is an incumbent. State Representative District 2 -Larry Cowling, 54, of Foreman, a Democrat. He is a farmer and a small business owner. -Jamie Crabtree, 31, of Fouke, a Republican. He is employed at Cooper Tire and Rubber. District 6 -John Lowery, 56, of El Dorado, a Democrat. He is a former state representative. District 9 -Robert E. Cornelius, 60, of Crossett, a Democrat. He is a school board member and electrical and instrumentation technician. District 31 -Patrick Rhodes, 60, of Hot Springs Village, a Republican. He is in sales and a justice of the peace.
