Governor announces 21 appointments Wednesday, Apr 5, 2006 Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - The appointments of 21 people to state boards and commissions were announced Monday evening by Gov. Mike Huckabee. Those appointed: -Donald Loudon of Russellville reappointed to the Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board. He is self-employed. His term expires Jan. 26, 2008. -Ephrain Valdez of Conway reappointed to the Arkansas Pollution Control and Ecology Commission. He is an Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield IT asset manager. His term expires March 29, 2010. -Jane Krutz of Little Rock reappointed to the Arkansas Educational Television Commission. She is self-employed. Her term expires March 26, 2014. -Becky Keogh of Little Rock to replace John J. Blake on the Arkansas Geological Commission. She is Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality deputy director. Her term expires Jan. 14, 2009. -James Parham of Magnolia reappointed to the Arkansas Geological Commission. He is self-employed. His term expires Jan. 14, 2013. -Jerry Rushing of Wynne reappointed to the Arkansas Home Inspector Registration Board. He is a First Delta Bank loan officer. His term expires Jan. 26, 2008. -C. Diane Charles of Little Rock reappointed to the Daisy Gatson Bates Holiday Committee. She is Philander Smith College federal work study program coordinator. Her term expires Feb. 21, 2009. -Henry Harris of Little Rock reappointed to the Daisy Gatson Bates Holiday Committee. He is Dr. Martin Luther King Magnet School principal. His term expires Feb. 21, 2009. -Dr. Marian Lacey of Little Rock to replace Regina Favors on the Daisy Gatson Bates Holiday Committee. He is retired.
