Crow named Carroll County district judge Friday, Sep 22, 2006 Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - Gov. Mike Huckabee on Thursday announced the appointment of Gerald Kent Crow of Berryville as district judge for the Eastern District of Carroll County. Crow replaces District Judge James K. Coxsey, who recently died. "Kent not only has an extensive background in law, but also in the military and business," Huckabee said. "I know this varied experience will give him a unique perspective as he serves the people of the Eastern District." Crow, 57, has a private law practice in Carroll County. Previously, he was in private business in Berryville and is a former U.S. Army officer. Crow will serve until Dec. 31, 2008. |
