Alltel declares dividend Friday, Jan 19, 2007 Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - Alltel Corp. declared a 12.5 cent regular quarterly dividend on its common stock Thursday. The dividend is payable April 3, 2007 to stockholders of record as of Feb. 23, 2007. Regular quarterly dividends also were declared on all series of the company's preferred stock. Preferred dividends are payable March 1, 2007 to stockholders of record as of Feb. 23, 2007. Alltel shares (NYSE: AT) closed Thursday at $61.76, up 25 cents. |
