Halter to host open house Wednesday, Jan 24, 2007 Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - Lt. Gov. Bill Halter will host an open house reception complete with refreshments Thursday afternoon at his office in the state Capitol. Halter, who took the oath of office Jan. 9, had postponed inviting legislators and the public to his second-story office until he could furnish the place. Former Lt. Gov. Win Rockefeller died last year. |
