Deltic Timber CFO to retire, replacement named Tuesday, Jan 30, 2007 Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - Deltic Timber Corp. announced Monday that chief financial officer Clefton D. Vaughan, 65, will retire May 1. Vaughan has been a member of the natural resources company since 1996, the year Deltic became publicly traded. "Clef has been a vital member of our team and, as such, enjoys the sincere appreciation and gratitude of our board and our entire organization," Deltic CEO Ray C. Dillon said in a prepared statement. Kenneth D. Mann, currently Deltic's controller, will take his place, the company said. Mann holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, and a masters of business administration degree from Louisiana Tech University. |
