Beebe appoints 13 to state panels Friday, Apr 27, 2007 Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - Gov. Mike Beebe announced the following 13 appointments to Arkansas boards and commissions Thursday: -Cheryl Chapman of Little Rock to replace Wendell Grubb on the Arkansas Service Commission. Her term expires Jan. 14, 2010. -Dianne Curry of Little Rock reappointed to the Arkansas Service Commission. Her term expires Jan. 14, 2010. -Phyllis Haynes of Little Rock to replace Joe Thurman on the Arkansas Service Commission. Her term expires Jan. 14, 2010. -JoAnna Kyle of Little Rock to replace Mindy Dees on the Arkansas Service Commission. Her term expires Jan. 14, 2010. -Martha Pineda of Monroe reappointed to the Arkansas Service Commission. Her term expires Jan. 14, 2010.? -Bettye Proctor of Forrest City to replace Gene Summers on the Arkansas Service Commission. Her term expires Jan. 14, 2008. -Mary Riley of Wynne to replace Beth Garison on the Arkansas Service Commission.
