Bank of the Ozarks increases dividend

LITTLE ROCK - Bank of the Ozarks approved its regular quarterly cash dividend Wednesday and increased the dividend by a penny to 12 cents per common share.

The dividend is payable Nov. 2 to shareholders of record as of Oct. 26.

Shares of Bank of the Ozarks (Nasdaq: OZRK) closed Wednesday at $30.45, down 24 cents.
