Acxiom declares quarterly dividend, announces shareholders meeting

LITTLE ROCK - Acxiom Corp.'s board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on Friday of 6 cents per share.

The dividend is payable Nov. 26 to shareholders of record as of the close of business Nov. 5.

The board also scheduled the company's annual stockholders meeting for 10 a.m. on Dec. 21 at the Acxiom River Market Building.

Shares of Acxiom (Nasdaq: ACXM) closed Friday at $13.01, down 13 cents.
