Murphy Oil declares dividend

LITTLE ROCK - Murphy Oil Corp. on Wednesday declared a quarterly dividend of 18.75 cents per share, or 75 cents per share on an annualized basis, on its common stock.

The dividend is payable on March 3 to shareholders of record as of Feb. 19.

Shares of Murphy Oil Corp. (NYSE: MUR) closed Wednesday at $70.71, down $1.07 for a 1.5 percent decline.
