Billionaire investor discloses 4.3 percent stake in Acxiom

LITTLE ROCK - Billionaire investor Edward Lampert has acquired 3.3 million shares of Acxiom Corp., according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing made this week for his firm, RBS Partners L.P.

Lampert is chairman of Sears Holdings Corp.

The shares represent a 4.3 percent stake in the database management company, based on 77 million shares of Acxiom stock outstanding as of Feb. 4.

Shares of Acxiom (NasdaqGS: ACXM) closed Friday at $12.87, up 35 cents for a 2.8 percent gain.
