Deltic Timber declares quarterly dividend

LITTLE ROCK - Deltic Timber Corp.'s board of directors on Thursday declared a quarterly dividend of 7.5 cents per share and set the company's 2008 stockholders meeting for April 24.

The dividend will be paid on March 17 to stockholders of record as of March 3.

Shares of Deltic Timber (NYSE: DEL) closed Thursday at $49.74, down $1.63 for a 3.2 percent decline.
