Baldor Electric declares dividend, sets shareholders' meeting

LITTLE ROCK - The board of directors for Baldor Electric Co. announced a quarterly dividend of 17 cents per share on Wednesday and set its annual shareholders' meeting for March 10.

The regular quarterly dividend is payable on March 31 to shareholders of record on March 10.

Shares of Baldor Electric (NYSE: BEZ) closed Wednesday at $30.14, down a penny.
