Acxiom's chief administrative leader to retire

LITTLE ROCK - Acxiom Corp.'s chief administrative leader will retire from the database-marketing firm on May 31, the company said in a regulatory filing.

Rodger Kline and the company "mutually agreed" on the retirement date, according to the Securities and Exchange Commission filing late Thursday.

Several of Acxiom's longtime executives have retired recently, including former company leader Charles Morgan.

Acxiom's board of directors hired new CEO John Meyer in January.

Shares of Acxiom (NasdaqGS: ACXM) closed Friday at $11.96, down 15 cents.
