Deltic Timber declares dividend, elects 3 to board Saturday, Apr 26, 2008 Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - Deltic Timber Corp. declared a quarterly dividend and elected three directors to its board of directors Friday. The Rev. Christoph Keller III, David L. Lemmon and R. Madison Murphy were elected to serve three-year terms as directors of the company at Deltic's annual stockholders' meeting. Later, the board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of 7.5 cents per share on its common stock. The dividend is payable June 16 to shareholders of record June 2. The board also re-elected all of Deltic's incumbent executive officers to their respective current positions. Earlier this week, Deltic reported a $368,000 first-quarter loss. Shares of Deltic Timber (NYSE: DEL) closed Friday at $54.76, up 79 cents. |
