Windstream declares 25-cent dividend

LITTLE ROCK - Windstream Corp.'s board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 25 cents on its common stock Thursday.

The dividend is payable July 15 to stockholders of record as of June 30.

Shares of Windstream (NYSE: WIN) closed Thursday at $12.41, up 20 cents. The company is scheduled to announce its first-quarter earnings today.
