Beebe has own YouTube channel Saturday, May 17, 2008 Arkansas News Bureau LITTLE ROCK - Along with laughing babies, Saturday Night Live skits and rock videos, Gov. Mike Beebe is a presence on the Internet video site YouTube.<br/><br/>Last month Beebe established his own YouTube channel, featuring speeches, announcements, interviews and news conferences with Arkansas' 45th governor. <br/><br/>As of Friday afternoon, the most-viewed video on the channel was a 6 1/2-minute clip of Beebe appearing last July on "Arkansans Ask: Gov. Mike Beebe" on AETN. The clip had been viewed 249 times.<br/><br/>"Our goal is to provide full citizen access to Arkansas government through every possible means," Beebe said Friday in his weekly column and radio address. "Easy access to government videos online improves our ability to meet this goal."<br/><br/>Beebe also noted that his official Web site, www.governor.arkansas.gov, has been revamped to include more interactive features.
