Acxiom declares 6-cent quarterly dividend

LITTLE ROCK - Acxiom Corp. announced Friday that its board of directors had declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 6 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on June 23 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on June 3.

Acxiom officials said the company intends to pay regular quarterly dividends for the foreseeable future, but noted that all subsequent dividends will be reviewed quarterly and declared by the board of directors at its discretion.

Shares of Acxiom (Nasdaq: ACXM) closed Friday at $13.63, down 7 cents.
