Arkansas didn't look great in beating Jacksonville State 49-24 last Saturday night.

But the 25-point win was good enough to help the Razorbacks move up two spots in this week's Associated Press Top 25 poll.

Arkansas moved from No. 10 to No. 8 in the poll, jumping ahead of Michigan (fell to No. 19 after a 41-14 loss to Alabama) and South Carolina (stayed at No. 9 after a 17-13 win at Vanderbilt). The Razorbacks remained at No. 10 in this week's USA Today Coaches poll.

Arkansas is one of six teams ranked in this week's AP poll, joining Alabama (No. 1), LSU (No. 3), Georgia (No. 7) and South Carolina (No. 9).Alabama jumped from No. 2 to No. 1 after its dominant win against Michigan in Arlington, Texas.
