FAYETTEVILLE — Former Arkansas quarterback Tyler Wilson will be featured on an episode of Jon Gruden's QB Camp tonight.
Wilson was among 12 draft hopefuls mentored by the Monday Night Football analyst and Super Bowl winning coach for a series of specials to air on the network leading up to the 2013 NFL Draft. The episode featuring Wilson was recently taped in Tampa, Fla., and will premiere at 8:30 p.m. on ESPN2.

Wilson, who threw for 7,765 yards and 52 touchdowns in his college career, is the second Arkansas quarterback to be featured on the series the past two years. Former Razorback Ryan Mallett was among the 2011 quarterbacks to spend time with Gruden for an ESPN special. He was selected in the third round of the draft by the New England Patriots.
Wilson is projected as a second- or third-round pick by most mock drafts. He is rated as the fifth-best quarterback available by NFLDraftScout.com. But a recent story in USA Today called Wilson the "forgotten man" in the 2013 NFL Draft and quarterback guru Terry Shea said the Greenwood native should be the first signal caller picked.
"I'm very strong on Tyler Wilson. Everything adds up to an A-plus," Shea, who worked with Robert Griffin III before last year's draft, told USA Today. "I know Geno Smith's name is way up there. ... (But) it baffles me a little bit as to where Tyler's is. I don't know what is going on in terms of teams not recognizing, 'God, Tyler Wilson is a first-round draft pick.' "
The 2013 NFL Draft will begin with the first round on April 25. Rounds two through four will be selected on April 26. The final three rounds will be held on April 27.
