LITTLE ROCK — A Garland County circuit judge who was acquitted in August of negligent homicide in the hot-car death of his 17-month-old son can go back to hearing cases, the Arkansas Supreme Court said Thursday.
The state’s highest court ended the suspension of Wade Naramore, who had not been allowed on the bench since February 2016.
Naramore was tried in the July 24 death of his son, Thomas, and found not guilty by a Garland County jury. Prosecutors said Naramore forgot to drop Thomas off at daycare and left him in a hot car for several hours, causing his death.
Naramore’s suspension was with pay.
