LITTLE ROCK — A state commission that regulates judicial conduct said Wednesday it is investigating allegations concerning a Saline County circuit judge and “issues surrounding his income taxes.”
The Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission said in a news release it is investigating Judge Bobby McCallister, who the panel said has not been charged with any violation at this time.
The commission said it opened the investigation in March. It said no other public information can be released at this time.
McCallister did not immediately return a call to his office Wednesday.
