LITTLE ROCK — Lt. Gov. Tim Griffin on Wednesday reappointed Rex Terry of Fort Smith to the state Judicial Discipline and Disability Commission.
Terry is a partner in the Hardin, Jesson and Terry law firm in Fort Smith and has practiced law for more than 30 years, focusing on commercial and oil and gas litigation, transactional matters and probate cases. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University in 1973 and obtained his law degree from the University of Arkansas in 1976.
The lieutenant governor is responsible for appointing one of the commission’s nine members. Commissioners serve six-year terms and may serve a maximum of two full terms.
