A Sebastian County woman has been arrested on suspicion of four counts of child pornography.

Kelly Riley, 43, a child care worker living in the Jenny Lind community, recently was interviewed by investigators with the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office and U.S. Homeland Security.

Riley “admitted to her involvement in the trafficking of images of child pornography,” a Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office news release issued Friday states. “She stated she would receive and send images to others she met online. The images were very graphic in nature. The images showed children in sexual acts with adults. The children appear to between 6 to 10 years of age.”

Computer child pornography is a class B felony punishable with five to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $15,000.

“Her electronic devices are being forensically examined and if more child pornography is found more charges could be added,” the Sheriff’s Office release states.

When investigators contacted Riley, she was baby sitting a 5-year-old child, the Sheriff’s Office states. Arkansas Department of Human Services was contacted. No evidence has been discovered that the child was physically harmed by Riley, the news release notes.

The arrest was carried out as part by the River Valley Internet Crimes against Children Task Force. The Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations participated in the operation.
