State and local authorities are asking for public assistance to identify suspects involved in a shooting Sunday in Johnson County

Johnson County sheriff's deputies and Arkansas State Police special agents are in search of video footage and photos of a shooting Sunday morning that injured two people off U.S. Highway 64, west of Clarksville. They currently have leads that could identify suspects in the incident, according to a State Police news release.

The Sheriff's Office around 12:53 a.m. Sunday received a call about shots fired inside a building where a party was held. Deputies found two men shot when they arrived. First responders took both men to area hospitals, according to a Sheriff's Office news release.

The two men who were shot were recovering from their wounds on Wednesday, the State Police news release states.
