JARVIS LANDRY: The junior wide receiver made several spectacular catches of Mettenberger passes Friday to be the game’s leading receiver. The Convent, La., product had 113 yards on eight receptions, several times stretching out to grab passes at his fingertips.


SAM IRWIN-HILL: The Arkansas punter kept LSU penned up much of the game Friday, averaging 51.5 yards on four punts, including a 65-yarder that backed the Tigers up against their goal near the end of the game. Irwin-Hill, a junior transfer, hails from Australia.


KORLISS MARSHALL: The freshman utility player for Arkansas returned a kickoff for a touchdown that was nullified by a holding penalty, but made the best of every opportunity he was given against LSU. The true freshman from Osceola had three rushes for 45 yards and 57 yards on kickoff returns that counted.
