LITTLE ROCK — Gov. Mike Mike Beebe on Wednesday appointed Jason Marshall of Walnut Ridge district judge of Lawrence County.

Marshall replaces Judge Larry Hayes, and the appointment expires December 31, 2014.

The governor also made the following appointments to boards and commissions:

—Barry Ball of Blytheville replaces Jerry Moore on the Blytheville-Gosnell Regional Airport Authority. The appointment expires Nov. 1, 2016.

—The Honorable Jerry Boen of Lamar to the State Street Aid Committee. The appointment expires Jan. 1, 2017. This is a new position.

—Paul Hastings of Little Rock, reappointed to the Marine Sanitation Advisory Committee. The appointment expires Oct. 5, 2015.

—Becky Hawkins of Blytheville, reappointed to the Blytheville-Gosnell Regional Airport Authority. The appointment expires Nov. 1, 2018.

—Anntonia "Antzee" Magruder of West Memphis replaces Deborah Fergusion on the Arkansas Arts Advisory Council. The appointment expires June 30, 2013.

—Jimmy Milam of Maynard replaces John White as the Randolph County Constable for Siloam Township. The appointment expires Dec. 31, 2014.

—Angela Norman of El Dorado replaces Charles Jones on the Long Term Care Facility Advisory Board. The appointment expires Oct. 15, 2015.

—The Honorable Mark Stodola of Little Rock to the State Street Aid Committee. The appointment expires Jan. 1, 2017. This is a new position.

—The Honorable Tab Townsell of Conway to the State Street Aid Committee. The appointment expires Jan. 1, 2017. This is a new position.

—Francisco "Frank" Vega, Jr., of Cabot, replaces Charlotte Carlson on the Early Intervention Interagency Coordinating Council. Appointee serves at the will of the governor.

—Sherri Woodus of Pine Bluff replaces Rebecca Wright on the State Board of Sanitarians. The appointment expires June 30, 2017.
