LITTLE ROCK — Gov. Mike Beebe has appointed 22 Arkansans to state boards and commissions.

Those appointed:

—Dr. Jim Aukstuolis, Little Rock, reappointed to the Children’s Behavioral Health Care Commission. Appointment expires Aug. 15, 2015.

—Beau Bishop, Maumelle, to the Arkansas Broadband Advisory Council. Appointee serves at the will of the governor. Replaces James Winningham.

—Patty Cardin, El Dorado, reappointed to the Arkansas Museum of Natural Resources Advisory Committee. Appointment expires July 31, 2017.

—Bernard "Sonny" Ekdahl, Searcy, to the Arkansas Abstractors’ Board. Appointment expires July 1, 2017. Replaces James Batts.

—Michael G. Epley, Magnolia, as the Columbia County District Judge. Appointment expires Dec. 31. Replaces The Honorable Francis D. Crumpler.

—Joyce Gibson, Prescott, to the Black History Commission. Appointment expires Jan. 14, 2013. Replaces Mylas Jeffers.

—Dr. James Graham, North Little Rock, reappointed to the Governor’s Trauma Advisory Council. Appointment expires July 1, 2016.

—Adella Gray, Fayetteville, reappointed to the Children’s Behavioral Health Care Commission. Appointment expires Aug. 15, 2015.

—David Johnson, Fayetteville, reappointed to the Arkansas Broadband Advisory Council. Appointee serves at the will of the governor.

—Robert Johnson, Horseshoe Band, to the Arkansas Athletic Commission. Appointment expires July 15, 2013. Replaces Clyde Reed.

—Rev. Charles Killion, McGehee, to the Commission on Closing the Academic Achievement Gap in Arkansas. Appointment expires March 15, 2013. Replaces Kelly Lyon.

—Lori Kumpuris, Cammack Village, reappointed to the Sex Offenders Assessment Committee. Appointment expires July 1, 2016.
