FAYETTEVILLE — Despite a valiant defensive effort and some record-setting performances by offensive playmakers for Arkansas, the LSU Tigers held off the Razorbacks, 20-13, in the season-ending game for Arkansas.

Tyler Wilson and Cobi Hamilton both set records in the game for the Razorbacks; Wilson for career passing yards and Hamilton for career receptions.

An incomplete pass on the game’s last play was incomplete in the end zone for Arkansas, which used the clock and big plays to get to the LSU 18, but could not convert at time expired.

Arkansas ended it’s season 4-8 and LSU ended at 10-2 and still has hopes for a BCS bowl, depending on the outcomes of a couple of games on Saturday.
