Opening Drive: Arkansas had gains of 20, 19 and 16 yards to set up a 6-yard touchdown run by running back Alex Collins and give the Razorbacks a 7-0 lead. Arkansas went 64 yards in seven plays on the drive.

Victor Hampton: The South Carolina defensive back nearly had the third pick six in three games against Arkansas, returning a Brandon Allen interception 21 yards to the Razorbacks’ 6.

Mike Davis: The running back scored from 6 yards out one play following the interception to give the Gamecocks a 10-7 lead. Davis, who entered the game averaging 122.8 yards per game, had 63 yards on eight carries in the first quarter.

Bruce Ellington: He had touchdown catches of 9 and 4 yards in the quarter. He also had a 53-yard reception on a drive that ended with a fumble in the Arkansas red zone.

Sam Irwin-Hill: Arkansas’ punter was the one bright spot in the quarter, booting a pair of punts netting 56 and 79 yards. The rugby style punter also attempted a pass on a fake punt, but it was incomplete, giving South Carolina the ball at the Razorbacks’ 49 and setting up a scoring drive.

Fourth Down: Gamecocks coach Steve Spurrier elected to go for a fourth-and-1 at the Arkansas 6 with 25 seconds left in the first half. Connor Shaw carried the ball for 2 yards on the play, setting up a 4-yard touchdown pass to Ellington with 13 seconds left before halftime.

Demiere Byrd: His 45-yard touchdown reception on the first possession of the second half extended South Carolina’s lead to 31-7.

Shaw: The South Carolina quarterback added 10-yard touchdown run late in the third quarter. He finished the game accounting for four touchdowns.

Keon Hatcher: He had a 50-yard run to the South Carolina 21, but fumbled the ball away. At the time, the run more than doubled the Razorbacks’ total offense yards after the first possession.

Kane Whitehurst: The former Arkansas receiver caught a 15-yard touchdown pass to extend the lead to 45-7. Whitehurst has two catches this season, both for touchdowns.

Collins: After a 45-yard run by Jonathan Williams, Collins ran for 29 yards to the South Carolina 1, but he fumbled the ball into the end zone while diving for the goal line, resulting in a touchback.

Brendan Nosovitch: The third-string South Carolina quarterback ran for a 7-yard touchdown with 1:07 remaining, polishing off the Gamecocks’ most lopsided win ever over the Razorbacks.
