Church to hold spaghetti dinner

Cameron Gospel Lighthouse will host a spaghetti dinner from 4-6 p.m. today at the Civic Center at the school on Church Street in Cameron. The meal includes spaghetti, bread, a drink and a dessert. Cost is $6 for adults, $4 for children ages 5-12 and free for children 4 and younger.

Proceeds from the event will help pay for a youth trip to Branson, Mo. Call Pastor Danny Green at (918) 721-4302 for information.

Fort Smith Seventh-day Adventist Church will hold a reading clinic for beginners and young elementary children from 6-8 p.m. July 10 and 17 at the church gymnasium, 2000 Louisville in Fort Smith. The classes will be based on “At Last! A Reading Method For Every Child!” by Mary Pecci, M.Ed. Parents also will learn how to reinforce all the information from the class.

A revival with Brother Tommy Frisby will be held at 7 p.m. July 19-21 at the Cameron Gospel Lighthouse, 15519 Hill St. in Cameron. The three-night event will include special singing and preaching.

'The Dating Project' available on DVD

"The Dating Project," a documentary that follows five modern-day singles (ages 20-40) in their quest to find authentic love and meaningful relationships, is now available on DVD. The faith film is being marketed by Universal Pictures and Pure Flix.
