The next court appearance for William Asa Hutchinson III, 40, of Rogers is set for May 4.

Officers with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hutchinson on Jan. 24 after he crashed a car into a guardrail on an Interstate 49 off-ramp. An arrest report said Hutchinson smelled of alcohol and exhibited several signs of intoxication.
